The new form of the Primary Education Framework brings a number of changes. The so-called 'new computer science' now also includes the development of computational thinking, algorithmisation, coding and programming - robotics. For many teachers these changes are completely new, they need to get to know them in detail, understand them and get guidance and inspiration on how to incorporate them into their curriculum and then directly into the educational process. We can help you with all this.

Robotics develops students' fine motor skills, creativity in finding alternative solutions, their creative abilities, imagination and fantasy. In addition, by working in groups, pupils improve their social and communication skills, learn to share ideas and evaluate their actions and processes. Robotics can be implemented not only in computer science itself, but also in most regular subjects or in after school activities or clubs.

Training and prepared tasks

We will introduce you to the VEX solution, where students can gradually move from the very beginning with the basic VEX 123 robot, through the simple VEX GO robot kit, to more complex and robust kits. All based on the Scratch environment, which is a huge advantage for both students and teachers. Alternatively, for the more advanced, there is Python and C++ based text-based programming.
