Interactive whiteboard for schools

20 years ago, the SMART Board interactive whiteboard brought a change in the way of teaching to Czech schools from frontal to student involvement.

In the current offer we have the M700 model series, which can automatically recognize multiple simultaneous touches for the simultaneous work of multiple students, and it also automatically recognizes finger touch (for control) and stylus (for writing). In addition, an intuitive gesture for erasing (fist, palm of the hand) and gestures known from mobile phones and tablets for rotating and enlarging objects with two fingers also work. The M787 whiteboard with a size of 87" and a 16:10 format, which corresponds to the original black and green chalkboards, became the standard.

A new product this year is the M794 board with wide-angle format 16:9, which maintains the same height as the M787 board, but is wider. This solution has several advantages – the same height allows for comfortable finger touch control over the entire surface, while also providing more space for activities and exercises. Another advantage is the possibility to use a projector with a higher FullHD resolution and laser as a light source, which, unlike lamp projectors, is practically maintenance-free.

The supplied whiteboard also includes the popular SMART Learning SW package, which includes the SMART Notebook Plus computer application and the Lumio cloud environment by SMART.
