A meeting of professionals from the world of events
Even event organizers sometimes need their events. One such event took place from Sunday, June 19 to Wednesday, June 22 in the Prague Congress Centre.
The Events Club Forum was visited by hundreds of experts and event enthusiasts who enjoyed exhibitions, workshops and lectures on trends from the world of organizing unforgettable events. As expected, the lectures on the challenges the event industry was currently facing generated the greatest response.
Since the Events Club Forum was completely interactive, all participants were able to draw inspiration from the best colleagues in the industry – during the organized programme as well as during coffee breaks.
We supplied the LED wall, lights and sound system
Of course, representatives of AV MEDIA EVENTS could not be absent from an event of this format. During the Events Club Forum, we fulfilled two roles: organizational (providing technology) and participatory. Our team provided sound system for the opening ceremony, sound system for the band, the singer and the DJ. It also supplied all the displays, including one projection.
A large LED screen, sound system, lights (including washes and spots) and equipment for the Minuit Une laser show (IVL Square) from AV MEDIA EVENTS appeared at the keynote presentation in the Chamber Hall. Also a camera, content for LED screen or staging. We also addressed the connection of an external speaker via the Teams application.
A lot of technology was also on display at our stand. Specifically, it included an LED wall, decorations, sound, lighting and two other screens.
All participants on the part of AV MEDIA EVENTS enjoyed the Events Club Forum very much, we cannot wait for the next time!
