1.AV ASSISTANCE

je telefonická podpora uživatele poskytovaná 7 dní v týdnu od 7:00 do 19:00. Zkušený operátor vám pomůže najít příčinu a řešení problému, případně vám zajistí zásah technika.

2.AV PREVENTION

is an affordable program for customers who have multiple projectors that they use intensively and regularly (training centers, schools). The program provides regular checks of projectors (cleaning of the air filter and determination of the number of operating hours of the lamp) at a recommended interval of up to 500 operating hours. The number of annual checks depends on the intensity of use. If the projectors are at one location and can be checked all at once, customers receive a 50% price reduction on additional projectors. The program can also be applied to complex installations with control systems and other active components.

3.AV SERVIS 24

is designed for customers who purchase a standalone projector that they use frequently and cannot afford a prolonged downtime. The program provides a quick repair at a service center with a 24-hour uptime guarantee.

4.AV SECURITY

is a combined program for demanding clients, which includes a quick service at the user's place with a possible free loan of a spare device or operative commissioning of the system. The program also includes a regular annual (or more frequent) inspection of key components, including cleaning of the projector's optical unit if necessary.
