Language classroom at Ratibořická elementary school
A multimedia language classroom equipped with headsets and PCs was created at the Ratibořická elementary school in Prague.

The digital world offers teachers opportunities they had not ever dreamt of.
Also the school in Horní Počernice decided to upgrade their digital language classroom. It already had been equipped with a Canadian Robotel’s Symposium digital language lab, and the school board decided to replace the older Symposium for a new SmartClass+ version. This contemporary version responds to the need for modern IT equipment and to the requirement on an easy and straightforward operation. AV MEDIA delivered a new version of the SmartClass+ language lab providing an easier control and offering a broader range of digital language learning activities pursued in classroom (listening, reading, writing, speaking).
The lab installed in Horní Počernice has been equipped with a solution variant laying the maximum emphasis on quality of learning including a full collaboration between teachers and students. Moreover, the solution also includes projection. The lab can be considered not only a language classroom, but also a multimedia classroom. Many features provided by the SmartClass+ platform directly encourage their employment also for other subjects. Students are equipped with headphones and PCs. The solution offers a digital image presentation by both teachers and students, video streaming, monitoring of individual work on student PCs, control of student PCs, chatting with the teacher, as well as many other features.
