Connection points

Connection points are a necessary part of modern workplaces and meeting or video conference rooms.

They are is used to easily connect a laptop or other personal device to a presentation device, such as a projector or interactive display. They are also used when charging other devices (mobile phones, tablets) and when they are simultaneously connected to the internet.

Connection points can be located in tables, on walls or in floor boxes.

Table connection points have the form of connector sockets, embedded with pull-out cables (pull-out mechanical or retractors), but they can also be extendable posts. A control system, wired or wireless phone charging and 230V power supply for laptops can also be added to these connection points.

Wall connection points are used in larger conference rooms and halls with a variable seating set-up, where it is possible – depending on the specific set-up – to connect to the AV/IT system in different parts of the hall.

Floor connection points are used for connection in several places of large conference halls, but also as a connection point for connecting cables from the table connection point.
