WIPRO conference
In the middle of November, the Indian company WIPRO held a two-day conference at the Marriott hotel. In the evening, the guests moved to the Žofín Palace.
WIPRO is one of the top Indian engineering companies focused on equipment intended for information technologies. They organized a two-day conference at the Prague’s Marriott hotel, which was technically backed up by AV MEDIA.
The stage was dominated by a LED wall with a pixel pitch of 4 mm and dimensions of 9 x 3 m, on which all the presentations were visualized during the evening. In order to provide a flawless image for every participant, also auxiliary imaging devices were available in the middle of the hall. The LED wall was flanked with design partitions over which logos of the partners had been printed. AV MEDIA also provided the complete sound for the hall, as well as effect lighting accomplishing the pleasant atmosphere. An iPad was available to the visitors on every table with a custom developed application for the particular conference.
The first conference day was closed by a festive dinner at the Žofín Palace with an entertaining accompanying programme. A show was given by the Czech DaeMen power acrobat duo and a concert by the Femme Fatale violin duo. AV MEDIA provided a top quality sound and a lighting show creating a perfect ambience during the whole evening as required by the particular phase of the programme.
