PILSNER URQUELL BUSINESS CONFERENCE 2016
The Pilsner Urquell business conference was held this year in Karlovy Vary and AV MEDIA took their traditional role of taking care of technical support throughout the event.
Pilsner Urquell arranged a two-day conference at the Pupp and Richmond hotel in Karlovy Vary for its dealers. AV MEDIA ensured large-screen full HD projection to an 8-meter screen, conventional and effect lighting, prompter, booths and even took care of the complete sound for the whole event, including performances by the bands Sto Zvířat and Lucie Revival.
During the day, the Ceremonial Hall was transformed from a conference arrangement to a party one and then back to its original condition, so the second full day of workshops could take place. The Grandhotel Pupp hall is also unique due to its all-glass ceiling. AV MEDIA had to follow safety measures while meeting the demanding requirements of performing artists.
