SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH AN ANNUAL FLAT RATE
We can update, diagnose or even solve many problems in schools, which are usually associated with software, computer settings for interactive whiteboards or computers and servers for language classrooms, REMOTELY via PC (TeamViewer). This will speed up the resolution of the problem and save money for the technician’s visit.
The flat rate of CZK 3,630 incl. VAT a year includes unlimited access to remote management services for the school, regardless of the number of classrooms equipped with AV technology. The agreement is always concluded for a given calendar year, valid from January 1 to December 31. It is therefore most advantageous to arrange the service for the whole year 2023 now.
You save twice with a service contract: it guarantees an additional 5% discount on labour and material for possible defect removal.
